If you are needing to order a dress, 50% the cost of the dress is required to place an order. This is NON-REFUNDABLE as the dress is put into production specifically for the customer. You will be measured at the time of the order. Sizes are determined by the largest measurement, therefore alterations are usually required. Delicate Petals is not responsible for these alterations OR changes in size or measurement.

Dresses typically take anywhere between 3-6 months to arrive. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping. Please ensure you place your orders with enough time for delivery and alterations.

Upon the arrival of the gown, you will be notified and have seven days to pay for and pick it up. This is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that there are no flaws in design, as the dress designers only allow for one week to be notified of error.

If the dress is not picked up or paid for, and no arrangements have been made with us, a storage fee will be added to your invoice every week that it is left at the store.
